OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer. In other words- like new...We use only high quality exhaust parts with a factory fit. All our exhaust work carries our full 3 year Warranty on LABOR as well as the parts!Price shoppers:Mufflers and pipes do wear out. Discount muffler shops usually use generic or economy parts, or straight pipes, and custom bend them in the shop. This does keep the cost down, but often the quality or thickness is less. Most of the competition' s warranties do not cover labor. We use only high quality OEM- factory fit parts that we expect to last, but if they don't our warranty covers parts and labor. There are no tricks or hidden charges. If your muffler or pipe gets a hole in it for up to 3 years from now, we'll put on another one! |
