Our vision or mission is not really automotive, but spiritual.  I know it's odd for someone to mention "religion" in their business web site, but if there are spiritual realities that affect us, they do so not only on Sunday mornings but on every day of the week.

I have had a lot of different jobs in my life.  Most of them were not too fancy, but I have been blessed to have had the opportunity to try out most of my childhood career ambitions, from horse wrangling to private investigation and too many other things to list.  Being a mechanic wasn't really one of my ambitions but here I am. 

Yet I am content because I have found that what you do for a living is not as important as what is in the heart.  Complete fulfillment is never really found in a job. 

It's not found in other people either.  Though you see and hear it everywhere, most TV shows, movies and songs are applauding, lamenting or seeking that perfect mate.  No doubt, God made us to long for the opposite sex.  God created and blesses marriage. 

Marriage, romance and intimacy are great, but they are only types and shadows of the relationship God wants to have with us.  If we build our lives around another person, we still will not be fulfilled.  Our lives will only be a shadow of what they were created to be!  Our physical and emotional lives may be full, but there will still be an eternal, spiritual element that is empty.

In a nutshell, God created us to find fulfillment in Him.  He's made that fulfillment possible by giving His Son Jesus as a sacrifice to take the punishment for our sin, so the way can be cleared back to God.  His Spirit can now actually live inside us because through Christ we have been made clean.  Man can once again live in fellowship with God, just as He originally intended.   With that comes peace and contentment, no matter what you do for a living. It's your mission too...

If you know Jesus as your Savior already, He wants you to live as a missionary no matter how you make a living.  There are many ways to do that:

•  Here in America. We are all commanded to GO, starting in your own neighborhood, show the love of Christ and tell them yourself!!  If you don't know how to start, check out this site, www.LYNCN.org.
•  Around the World. I believe - if possible- God wants us to live "under our means" so we don't burn up all we have made- so we have some extra to help others.  Several years ago I discovered Gospel for Asia.  Please check them out.  If you have "some extra" to give, GFA is one VERY efficient and powerful way of reaching those that have not heard about Christ.

I encourage you to follow your God given dreams, not for personal gain, but to further His Kingdom and to serve your fellow man.
