The Hicks Family Business

Welcome to CarScope

All auto repair shops fix cars and many do a great, honest job at it.  What sets us apart from many is that our first priority is to care for people, not cars.   We care about you, and that's why we do things the way we do.

Dyrell Hicks- Shop Foreman/ Training Manager

ASE Certified Master Technician
ASE Advanced Engine Performance Certified

I have always tried to do the best job and give the best service I can and have always encouraged my family to do the same.  I am thrilled to have my family working with me, it is a tremendous blessing that they plan on staying in the business.  I want to thank our customers for the years of trust that has allowed this to happen

Joyce Hicks has always done the book keeping for the business along with home schooling the children, which now includes training them in the the "books" side of the business.

The hard working and honest staff of CarScope (our kids) are a wonderful testimony to the grace of God and Joyce's faithfulness and patience over the years.

Joyce and Dyrell have enjoyed co-ed softball together for years.

Stephen Hicks- Technician and Support Manager.   In addition to fixing cars, Stephen also manages all of the "behind the scenes" support, inventory and facility operations.  He keeps everything going smoothly.   Stephen still enjoys getting out though and is available to our customers that need a ride

Stephen has a great appreciation for music, is an avid volleyball player.

Dyrell and Joyce's youngest are twins.   They are both in high school and enjoy baseball, piano and are always ready to serve.

John Hicks- Service Writer Apprentice  John is focusing on learning the office/customer side but is also training as a technician in the shop.

Matthew Hicks- Technician Apprentice  Matthew is doing the reverse and focusing on the repair/technical side but is still training in the office as well.

Kimberly Hicks-   Service Writer

Kimberly started helping in the office when she was 11 years old, so despite her youth she is a seasoned Service Writer veteran so she can take care of all your car service questions.  Kimberly is currently away at Elim Bible Institute and will be back in the office this summer.  She and Samuel have a wedding date set for July 2012.

Kimberly loves to bake and enjoys dance, having studied for years at Academie' de Ballet.

Samuel Williams - Customer Relations Manager

Samuel will be starting with us after graduation from Elim Bible Institute in 2012 and will be marrying Kimberly in July!  Samuel's main jobs will be keeping you informed of your car's needs and helping to organize and implement our community service projects.

Bob Hicks worked in our office for a number of years after he retired from a career in civil service.  He still comes around and helps from time to time.   Dad has "never met a stranger" and it is always a joy when he comes around.   We can honestly say in more ways than one, we wouldn't be here without him.
